Letter of complaint
Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with the cycling equipment I bought from Cyclists.com and incorrect delivery time compared to the specified.
Firstly, long delay of goods. New helmet and brakes came 2 days later than expected and I had to cancel my cycle trip with my family.
Furthermore, the brakes were faulty. On today`s test when I tried to stop my bike it hadn`t worked and I fell down, as a result the arm`s bone was broken. However, the helmet was good enough to rescue my head one time, after that it`s also broken.
l trust the situation will improve. And you`ll check your products more thoroughly. I`m looking forward to hearing from you soon.
